Registration:
Although it
is currently only necessary to register with Viatouch if you desire
to use the district/school notification
system, we encourage all Viatouch users to register. By registering,
you help to increase our user/member database. The larger the
Viatouch user/member base, the more power we have to negotiate
deeper discounts, better offers and merchandise price reductions
with our affiliate merchants on your behalf.
If you are registering your child for the school notification
system, you must first register as an adult. You must then register
your child (see Child Registration below) in order to receive
notifications from your district and schools concerning upcoming
important events. Note: You do not have to register children to
register as an adult.
Enter all required fields marked by an *. Check your registration
information for accuracy.
Click "Submit" to submit your registration form. Check
your registration information on the following confirmation page.
If any part of the registration is incorrect on the confirmation
page, click the "Back" button on your browser to correct
any incorrect or missing information. Be sure to re-enter your
password again, before proceeding on to the confirmation page.
If the information is correct on the confirmation page, click
"Confirm" to confirm your registration. You will receive
a confirmation email from Viatouch within a few minutes of confirming
your registration.
Child
Registration:
A child cannot register themself. A child must be registered by
an adult legal guardian. To register a child, the parent or guardian
of the child must register first and be logged in. Note: Child
registration is only required for use of the school notification
system. Other patented Viatouch products are forthcoming which
may require a parent to register a child for their use.
Enter all
required fields marked by an * in the child registration form.
Please attempt to register as much information about your child
as you can. It is imperative that the correct district, school,
grade and gender be in the child's registration information as
notifications are frequently sent out based upon certain criteria
(i.e. child's school, grade level or gender). Note: We do not
ask for, nor do we put the child's address in our database.
Click "Submit" to submit your child's registration form.
Check your child's registration information on the following confirmation
page. If any part of the registration is incorrect on the confirmation
page, click the "Back" button on your browser to correct
any incorrect or missing information. Be sure to re-enter your
child's password again, before proceeding on to the confirmation
page.
If the information is correct on the confirmation page, click
"Confirm" to confirm your child's registration. You
will receive an email within a few minutes from us confirming
your child's registration.

Updating
Registration Information:
After
you have registered, you may update your registration information
at any time by entering the "User Registration" area.
Then, select "Update registration info." to make your
registration information changes.
Lost Username or Password:
If you have
lost or misplaced your username and/or password, click on the
"forgot your username/password" link on the Viatouch
Login screen. You will be prompted for your email address on file
with Viatouch and the answer to your prompt question. When you
have entered your email address and answered your prompt question
accurately, you will be sent an email with your username and password.
