Pre-assembled modular floor, wall & roof sections make for ease of assembly with nothing to saw. Includes hardware (all hardware is predrilled & recessed). Rubber coated swing chains keep hands & fingers safe. Includes two extra sturdy 36" - 4"x6" swing arms & one swinging 18" non-rusting powder coated trapeze with rubber coated swing chains. Includes one green rubber sling swing with rubber coated chain & a green 10' durable plastic wave slide. Base foot print " 6'x8', overall play area required with swings & slide " 11'10"W x 17'10"D. Elevated Playhouse size " 6'W x 5'D with 6' peak height & 4' side walls. Overall height " 10'2". Playhouse requires approximately 3 bundles of shingles & 2 gallons of paint. Includes two " 14"x21" aluminum slider windows with safety tempered glass & screens (one in front & one in back) & one arch window (non-functional). Red painted finish protects the wood from the elements (all wood components are painted, excluding the playhouse). Natural Select lumber guaranteed against rot & insect damage for 40 years. 3'x6' elevated sundeck in front of elevated playhouse. Space below elevated playhouse can be used for sandbox.
